If you are
on a well and have Iron and Hydrogen Sulfide (rotten egg smell) problems the Pro
6 is the answer. The Pro 6 is to be used in undersink water filter systems and
the cartridge is effective in the removal of iron (ferrous) and hydrogen sulfide
at POU (point of use). The KDF 85 process medium used in these filter cartridges
consists of high purity copper-zinc granules that use redox to reduce iron, hydrogen
sulfide, heavy metals, and control microorganisms in potable water. These filters
allow for the removal of iron and hydrogen sulfide without the use of chemicals.
The service flow rate on the Pro 6 is 1 gallon per minute. The Pro 34 is for the
heavy duty whole house water filter system (BF7).
