The OT32 is a double tank water filtration system that uses the RS2 Cartridge as a pre-filter and the CB3 Carbon Block Cartridge as the main filter. The RS2 is a String Wound filter cartridge that extends the life of the CB3, it Reduces Rust and Sediment and has a average cartridge life of 4 months of 600 gallons of water at a flow rate of 1.0 gallons per minute. The micron rating on the RS2 is 10 micron. The CB3 Carbon Block cartridge Reduces Rust and Sediment, Improves Taste - Reduces Odor and Chlorine by 99%, Reduces Lead by 96%, Reduces Cryptosporidium and Giardia Cysts by 99.9%. Average cartridge life of the CB3 is 4 months or 600 gallons of water at a flow rate of 1.0 gallons per minute. The micron rating on the CB3 is 0.5 and the smaller the micron the finer the filtration of the water. The OT32 Includes: RS2 Cartridge, CB3 Cartrdige, Separate Long Reach Faucet for Filtered Water on Demand, Pressure Release Valve, Tank Removal Wrench, Mounting Bracket, Saddle Valve, Installation Hardware.

Omni Installation Notices

-Install filter on cold water only. Do not use on water lines exceeding 100 degrees F (38 degrees C). Water pressure minimum is 25 psi and the maximum is 125 psi.

-Protect unit from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures. Keep above 35 degrees F.
-Avoid exposure of filter housing to torch.

-Do not use pipe dope or similar compounds. They can ruin plastic. Use Teflon tape to seal pipe thread joints.

-Keep unit clean with soap and water. Do not use spray cleaners or insecticides near unit.

-Intended for indoor, non-commercial use only.

-For extended periods of non-use turn the water off and remove the filter cartridge. Place the cartridge in a plastic bag, seal, and refrigerate.

-Safety glasses must be worn during installation.

-Tubing and hose dimensions are based on outside diameters (OD). For water line sizes other than those listed, consult a plumber or hardware store.

-Before using the water, flush the new filter for 30 minutes.

-Run drinking or cooking water for 5 - 7 seconds prior to collecting the water for use.

-Change cartridge stated at manufacturer's suggested interval or sooner is you notice a change in color, taste or low water pressure.

-Filter is not a water purifier and is not intended for use with contaminated water.

-Comply with all state and local laws regarding the installation of water treatment devices.

-Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system.

-The rubber O-ring provides the water tight seal between the cap and the housing. It is important that the O-ring be properly seated in the groove in the housing or a water leak could occur.

-The contaminants or other substances removed or reduced by this water filter device are not necessarily in your water.

-Use of ANY cartridge other than an Omni filter will void your warranty.

-Replace tank O-ring with every second filter cartridge change.

-DO NOT use wrench to tighten tank.

-Use wrench ONLY for tank removal.
